The sublet includes the A side of the apartment (highlighted in red). Side B is occupied. The apartment is pet friendly with the restriction of aggressive breeds.

Located in the Flagship Kerns building 1 floor 4, the view from the bedroom includes the river line, Kerns Bakery, downtown, Sun Sphere, and UT campus stadium.

The apartment has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, private closet, private bathroom, central AC + heating and trash removal service. Living room and kitchen are furnished, and the bedroom room comes with a bedframe (you only need to bring a mattress).

The complex has study centers, a pool, a gym, and a snack bar as well as free parking!! About 5 minutes from campus, right across the bridge.
