The house would be available on 1/1/26 with an option to move in a few days earlier. The lease runs through the end of May (5/31/26) with the option to extend another year. Rent starts in January, December will be fully paid.

-Shared full bath (2nd floor)
-Private office w/ half-bath (1st floor) ideal if you WFH
-Shared kitchen, living room, laundry
-Basement for storage

- Utilities ~$200-300/mo total
- $3000 security deposit
