Im looking for a male tenant to take over the remainder of my lease starting January (date is flexible). The lease runs through August 31, 2026, giving you eight months with an option to renew. Youll have a private bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom / shower.

Rent is $1,800/month. Utilities not included but roughly $100/month.

Location: On 13th Street in Logan Circle. A one minute walk to the Circle itself.

The home is fully furnished. The bedroom currently has a bed, desk, mini-fridge, and shelf; if youd like the bedroom already furnished for your move-in, Im open to selling those items at a discount.

Youd be living with two male working professionals (finance and consulting), both 2024 Wake Forest grads. Both are friendly, active, social, easy-going, clean, and organized. No pets allowed.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, living and dining rooms, gated entry with security access, private courtyard, central HVAC, and a real fireplace.
