Place can be furnished (includes bed frame, desk, monitors, closet, AC, curtains, etc.) or unfurnished based on your needs -- happy to discuss. In-unit washer and dryer. Its a second floor walk-up, apartment faces the street with big windows so constant sunlight (also have sound proof blinds at night)

My roomie is super chill (23 year old working in finance), big football fan and works a lot anyway.

Apartment is in prime chelsea -- 30 seconds from the highline, 1 minute from chelsea piers, 30 seconds from cross-town bus on midtown, and 3-minute walk to 23rd street subway, target, CVS, and hundreds of amazing restaurants.
