The Continuum is only open to UF graduate students or UF faculty/staff and requires proof upfront. This apt is directly across from Santa Fe College Charles L. Blount Center - the sublet.com map view is incorrect. Studio apartment at The Continuum conveniently located near UF campus and downtown Gainesville. In-unit washer and dryer and dishwasher!!! Good closet space and overall storage for a studio apartment including under-bed drawer storage. Needing to sublet from Feb 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026; renewal for full year after that can be discussed with apartment complex management if you wish. Lease length is non-negotiable and must be for the full 6 months Feb-July. Subleasing tenant must be available in person in the month of January to accompany current resident to the leasing office to facilitate the sublet with The Continuum management. Posted rent price is all-inclusive: rent, utilities, parking for 1 vehicle in the on-site parking garage, and internet and must be paid on or before the 1st of every month.
Ethernet and Wifi internet. Amenities include pool, activity room with pool table, secure indoor mail room for packages, and a gym. There is also a small dog park but if you have a dog we will have to check if it is a restricted breed listed in the lease and The Continuum will require a pet addendum added to the lease, pet fee, and pet rent added onto the base cost listed. Cats are also subject to pet addendum requirements.
