It has beautiful amenities, it has a full gym, pool, multiple outdoor grill areas, study rooms, common lounge areas, and indoor parking in a deck. The room for rent has its own private bathroom, and walk in closet. The apartment is furnished in the common area, with full kitchen appliances. Good sized balcony, in unit washer and dryer, and air conditioning. Its less than a mile from downtown, Channelside, and Ybor and university of Tampa, so great location. The only reason Im renting it, I had to relocate for work recently. Rent is $1,450 a month, but Im open to negotiation as I would like to get it rented out soon.
