Hello!! I am looking for a female to take over my lease from mid-January 2026 to July 2026 at the Flats on University in Fairfax, VA. I stay in a 4 bedroom, 1st floor apartment. You will have your own bedroom and private bathroom. Each individual has their own lease, so you are only responsible for your part, paid to the leasing office. It is fully furnished. The Flats are about 15-20 minute walk to GMU. The complex is close to shopping and on the bus line. It is about 10 minutes from the metro. Amenities include washer/dryer in unit, pool, hot tub, study rooms, free Wifi, resident lounge, computer lab with free printing, sauna, tanning beds, and fitness center.
