This is a temporary stay from January-June with the potential for a least takeover :) This conveniently located apartment is a 2 minute walk from public transportation, 25 minutes from Manhattan, and less than 10 minutes from Hoboken and Jersey City. There is a hair/nail salon and bodega downstairs, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, beautiful parks, and plenty to do in the surrounding area! There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths- the available room has its own full bathroom. This apartment has central air/heat, an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and it is fully furnished, making this a perfect spot for your stay! There is also a spacious backyard with a grill, garden, and sitting area, great for entertaining! Street Parking is available and trash/recycling is downstairs and is handled by maintenance every week. Wifi & water is included in the price, utilities are not included and can typically range from $15-50 a month.

The current tenant is a easy going professional, she spends most afternoons at home and will be sharing the common areas including the kitchen and living room. I am leaving all the furniture in the bedroom as well as the bar cart, desk, TV, fire place, and all backyard furniture, making this an easy move :) This spot is pet friendly and smoking is permitted, just not in the common areas. Looking for a young, clean, and responsible tenant that will take good care of all the furniture there, respect the space and current tenant, and enjoy all the many amenities in the neighborhood! Its an awesome space that I am very excited to share for the winter-spring, and come back to in the summer!
