I am subletting my very well-taken care of flat in the Mitte district of Berlin, looking for someone who will cherish the space as I do while I spend time with family and dear friends in Mexico :)

Its 46 square meters with a large room along with the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. Its full of not only plants to care for, but musical instruments and books to enjoy. Theres a particular selection of local poetry in multiple languages. Its normally a vegetarian home, but a subletter does not need to be as long as dishware is thoroughly cleaned.

This space is very special to me and Ive lived here for over four years, the longest of anywhere Ive lived as an responsible by far. These photos are actually from two years ago, so there are some newer pieces of furniture and, in my humble opinion, it is far nicer feeling and looking than these more bare pictures. The location is a quick walk to multiple main transit lines (U9 Nauener Platz, U6 Leopoldplatz, Ringbahn Wedding). The walk to U8 is also very manageable, but not less than 10 minutes like the others. It works very well for home office or as your relaxation space.

This is a non-smoking and non-pet apartment, and due to it being with only one main room and the sublet being less than three months, the landlord cannot provide an Anmeldung. Gatherings and parties are welcome so long as the neighbors are warned and respected! The neighbors are great and the back garden (in the photos) is accessible to everyone.
