There is a package room with 24/7 surveillance with fob access only. After 10pm until 7am you can only access the elevators with your key fob for extra security. The building has a rooftop accessible during summer and early fall, with a couple of grills and a couple of firepits with great views of the lake. There is parking available for an extra fee.
