The unit has a garage on the bottom level for one car included (making the townhome 3 levels in total). The rental rate is $1,375 per month for 12 months, but you can lease for a shorter term (please note that their pricing change daily, so there may be a small difference from when this ad was placed). As long as you lease for 7 months or longer, you will get 2 months free paid by me directly to the apartment complex on your behalf at the time you sign your new lease.
