Im currently a student at EMU , I live with 2 other south Indian roommates and share my room with the other person we have 1 sharing bathroom total 2 bedroom a kitchen and living room . We have a sharing Laundry room downstairs . The apartment building is across the university near mckenny hall. The rent is 1295 +75 because we are 3 people. And I share my room so me and the other girl we pay $435 each and the person who has her own room pays 500. We pay the rent online so theres a transaction fee of 9.99 which is divided so the rent comes up to 438.33 with $40 for wifi and electricity depends on how much you use it. In April the person who lives alone in the room is going to move out so youll have your own until the lease ends which is on August 15th. So the rent would be $625 each. Now im specifically looking for an Indian girl who is a student to move in , in place of me because for personal reasons I want to move out.
