Rent: $ 1,600 per person, with utilities included (minus wifi).

About the Space: Super cozy room with lots of natural light, space for a queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, etc. There is also a full closet built in with lots of extra storage. A full-sized bathroom would be shared with one roommate (the other roommate has her own bathroom), and there is a very large living space, and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, a breakfast nook and a dining room are available.

Commute:
- About a 7-10 minute walk to the AU campus, practically right next door.
- DC bus stop right across the street; the Nebraska stop for the Wonk bus is the closest.

Perks:
- Building comes with a gym and a communal library.
- Laundry is not free, but is easy to access in the basement.
- Each condo comes with one free car space, with parking both indoors and outdoors. It is not being used currently, so if you have a car you can park it here for free.
- AC and heat can be controled completely by you.

About the Roommates:
Two women who are both seniors at AU, graduting in the spring. They are very clean and tidy, and get along great with everyone they meet.
