Were also heavily biased towards a tenant who will take care of our well mannered cat. The normal rent for this unit is $5000. We are offering the unit in this period for $3500 per month if you watch the cat, and $4250 per month if you would like to rent without the cat. The Unit also has 2 parking spaces, Laundry in unit, dishwasher, etc .The dates will be from December 16th to The end of January. Renters must have excellent rental history and strong income/Credit.
