Looking for a sublet from January 1 to at least April 30 of next year as I am going on exchange abroad next semester, with flexible move-in as eary as Dec 21. Private room while everything else is shared with 3 other roommates. All roommates are super friendly and easy to live with and are 3rd year students at UVic. We have the whole house to ourselves and roommates are spread across three floors so theres lots of room to have your own space. Huge front and backyards with lots of trees, and nice deck as well. House and room is fully finished with bed, desk, TV, and dresser but I dont mind moving furniture out if you have your own. Basement is large but unfinished, so tons of space for storage. Shared fully functional kitchen, living room, laundry, dining room and bathroom. Big car port and driveway if you have a car. Additional deposit if you have pets.

20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to UVic, 5 minute walk to Arbutus Cove beach and park, and bus routes downtown and to campus come right by the house.

Rent includes wifi but hydro and municipal bills are split between four others (usually $50/month)
