This is a four room apartment with McGill students both French and English-speaking. There is a shared kitchen and living room and the ambience is calm and supportive. We are looking for someone who is on the quieter side (we do not host large parties or invitations in the apartment) and who is willing to keep the common spaces clean. The room comes with two desks, a queens bed, dresser and hanger and the although the person moving in is encouraged to have basic kitchen utensils they can borrow from roommates as long as they are careful and clean. The lease is available as early as mid-December until April 30th with a possible extension past that date with further discussion. I would be happy to answer any further questions :)
