Hello, I am a student going on exchange for half a semester, looking for someone to sublease. The room for rent is the master bedroom of a four-bedroom apartment equipped with a private walk-in closet. The apartment will come furnished and equipped with appliances, cookware and a television. There are currently three other people living in the apartment, all of whom are female students at the university and will be residing there for the duration of the sublease. The apartment is conveniently located, with a 5-minute walk to the metro and a 1-minute walk to a bus stop. The apartments location is on a quiet street, yet it remains close to the nightlife on St. Laurent, numerous parks, and the Old Port.
