Looking for to join my roommate and I (+ one cat) in a lease in a sunny 3bed/1bath apartment located in Cambridge (central square), starting any time between now and January 1st.

3 bedrooms, 2 occupied and 1 available
Fully furnished common areas
Available bedroom is unfurnished
Gas stove
Shared laundry in basement
Large balcony shared with one other unit
Decent sized closet in bedroom
Bay windows
Lease goes until 8/31/26, most likely with option to renew

The location:
5 minute walk to Central Station
9 minute walk to Whole Foods
5 minute walk to Target
Lots of restaurants, shops, cafes just steps away

The roommates
Early 20s working professional at Mass General Brigham
Early 20s student in senior year at Emerson
One cat who mainly hangs out in owners bedroom/living room. Very friendly and loves people!

You:
This place is ideal for other women in their 20s: working professional, grad students, recent grads, etc
Must be open minded friendly (420 friendly preferred)
Must be cat friendly
Unfortunately cannot accept any more pets

Rent:
$1317 a month
Gas, wifi, and electric split equally
wifi is ~ $13 a month, utilities range from $30- $100 per person (higher in the winter)
