Hi! My friend and I are going abroad next semester and are looking for people to take over our leases at Grand Central! The place is a 4 bed two bath and comes completely furnished. Its a nice location by all the classes, and especially in the winter time, this is nice because you dont have to walk far in the cold. You will have your own room (both rooms have windows) and will be sharing a bathroom with someone else. Two other people live in the place, and one girl has certified pets. Rent is 1275/mo, which includes utilities and wifi. There is laundry on every floor. A cute coffee shop and study spaces are in the lobby, and there is paid parking available.
