Looking for someone to take over my lease in a comfortable, well-maintained apartment complex in Tampa. Move-in is flexible ideally within two weeks before or after January 18th. The lease runs through July 18th, 2026, with the option to renew directly through the leasing office afterward.

Ive lived here for about a year and have had no issues in my unit. its quiet inside, with friendly neighbors and great natural light. While the broader area has its occasional noise or commotion (as most city areas do), Ive personally had a peaceful experience within my building and community.

If you like my decor style you can also opt to purchase all of my furniture/decor (including my plant babies) from me which would make move-in much smoother if you have no furniture.
