Hello, I am moving out of Huntsville because I am no longer a student of SHSU and to pursue my career elsewhere. Right now I am looking to get my lease taken over.
The unit is furnished. The only furniture that belongs to me is the second mattress on the top of my bed, small cabinet and the table on the right. You can keep my shower rod. 4x4 bedroom unit with roommates all male with one female sharing with one of the tenants. Two of them are art majors while one isnt a student.
Here is the pricing details:
Base rent: $465
Damage Waiver Program (basically Renters insurance): $15
IF you require a guarantor: $45
Utilities: varies and at max it will be around $50
