Beautiful, peaceful home in the Dimes Square area of the LES. Ive lived in this home for 2.5 years and am sad to say goodbye to it.

Things I love about this home
- Its quite - I never hear my neighbors
- Get a good amount of sunlight in the apartment, big windows
- the amenities, shower, flooring, etc. are all modern
- building is easy to get in and out of, we use the latch app
- SO many cool spots in the neighborhood, right by Le Dive, 9 Orchard, Casino, etc.
- right above the F train!!! My commute life is so chill
- can come furnished at an additional, very reasonable charge if interested in it furnished.
