Bedrooms:
Bedrooms are carpeted and furnished with bedside tables, ceiling fans, and mirrors. Fresh bedding is provided for a comfy stay.

Bedroom 1: This master bedroom features a walk-in closet and European bathroom with soaker tub, queen bed, draperies, and chest of drawers. East-facing window and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2: With an east-facing window, this room gets bright morning light! But the draperies will block the light if you sleep during the day. Includes a double bed with built-in bookshelf and a built-in desk with a stool perfect for journaling or studying -- plus a bi-fold closet and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: With a west-facing window, this room gets full afternoon light! (Blinds on the window) Includes a twin daybed and features a spacious secretary-style desk and cushioned chair cozy and functional -- plus standard hinged door closet and ceiling fan.

Kitchen:
Youre welcome to use all appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, and seasonings. Youll only need to stock fresh food! The kitchen includes an island, and newish appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, an electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Theres a mini-fridge in the garage for extra items. Trash + recycling bins included. Please no snacks or food in the bedrooms.

Bathroom:
The main bath includes a tub/shower combo, an updated vanity, and medicine cabinet/mirror. Towel sets are provided.

Shared Living Room:
Gas fireplace, big screen TV with multiple streaming services, seating for 4-5, a coat closet, and a few exercise items for your wellness needs.

Plus: Enjoy outdoor living with the attached deck and patio spaces perfect for unwinding after work -- You can watch the rabbits play in the yard! Lawn care is included; snow removal is not.

This is a peaceful space designed with rest and comfort in mind. Cleaning products, vacuum, and cleaning supplies are provided.

Garage + driveway parking.

Mail delivery is welcome; theres a secure, locked community box.
