Hey, this apartment has 643 sqft and is on the 7th floor. Its very modern and its furnished so I will leave everything inside (table with 4 chairs, coffee table, couch, plates,glasses, cutlery, and a queen size bed and in-unit washer and dryer) I will just charge a little for it if you want something.
Deposit is already paid and the lease agreement is until the 17th of January so you can decide if you want to extend or if you want to find something new!
