I am an exchange student looking to sublet my room from December 12th - 22nd (S$541.94) with the intention of the new tenant signing a minimum 3 month lease (Dec 23 - March 23, S$1200/mo) at DMira (31 Boon Teck Rd Singapore 329602). You must be willing to sign a minimum 3 month lease after the sublet.

2 bathrooms (full and WC) shared among 4 roommates. I never feel like Im fighting for the bathroom. Mixed students/professionals. All friendlyers.

Amenities:
- Gym (two treadmills, step machine, weight rack, dual cable rack)
- Pool + Changing Rooms
- Function Room (available upon request with management)
- Sky terrace/rooftop deck
- In unit washer/dryer (we wash on certain days. If you take over my lease, that is Saturday)
- Kitchen + private cabinet space
- In room AC unit (first $80 free, then shared among roommates. Ive never paid, though).
- Bed, wardrobe, desk, chair
- Facial recognition to enter and exit apartment
- Between two malls: Zhongshan Mall (FairPrice Finest + Food hall + Mr. DIY) and Shaw Plaza (FairPrice + movie theater + restaurants)
- Good bus connection (I can go anywhere in SG from nearby bus stops 5 min walk max)

Need to pay 1 mo security deposit + non-refundable one time cleaning fee S$250 + stamp duty + one time quarterly air-con maintenance S$35 at time of lease signing). No agent fee since Im not an agent.
