Nice room in E8 close to Broadway Market, Columbia flower market and London Fields Park.
I live in the ground floor with only 1 other person that has her room. In the ground floor we have the kitchen and our own toilet, garden and dryer ply washing machine. Upstairs there are 4 rooms (only 2 are being rented atm) they have 2 toilets and use those only but sometimes cook in the kitchen in the ground floor. People upstairs are all professionals and I see them very rarely so overall it is a quiet house.

About the location it is great for nights out there are a lot of restaurants, bars, live music venues, coffe shop, record stores and vintage clothing. Another big plus it is extremely safe to get back home late.
