This apartment is definitely on the pricey side, but its worth it. The rooms, bathrooms, and closet space are huge. There is also a balcony overlooking 707. The appliances here are also very high quality, like the sinks and laundry machines. I have a street parking spot outside the building Id be willing to share as well.
