I am looking to relet my apartment for January 1st, 2026, to July 31st, 2026 (spring and summer terms). Unionwest is only for students of Valencia College, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and the University of Central Florida. The bedroom is shared with one other person, and the bathroom is shared between three people. There are multiple restaurants inside and within walking distance of the building, and a downtown shuttle for UCF students running weekdays to and from the main campus. There is also a grocery shuttle for UCF students running twice a month on Tuesdays. There is resident-only parking for an additional monthly charge.
