Shared bathroom and kitchenette with one other person (me)

In-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher

Total apartment size is about 850 sq ft

Rent & Move-In:
Rent is $750/month, with a $750 security deposit.
Ideally looking for someone who can cover move-in costs, but Im open to discussing flexible arrangements for the right person.
Month-to-month lease; utilities split evenly each month.

About me:
Im a 42-year-old, college-educated professional who works nights and weekends and keeps things quiet and low-key.

Looking for:
Preferably a male roommate in their 30s or 40s, whos respectful, responsible, and clean. No big parties or drama.

House rules and vibe:
Its a quiet, comfortable place no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no vaping, and no drama.
I currently use my own hotspot for internet, but Im fine setting up Wi-Fi if that works better for you.
