Spacious room with two other roommates in a beautiful apartment. Very close walk to UofT, and quick access to public transport to take you anywhere in the city. It is on a beautiful street right next to Kensington market a very short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Two roommates are very friendly female university students. There is a lovely shared kitchen and bathroom, and access to two beautiful balconies with views of the CN tower! Full laundry, AC, and heating in unit. The room is large, and currently fits a double bed (if you wanted to keep the frame and mattress we could totally arrange that!). There is also a full closet which has lots of storage space, and lots of natural light coming in from the window.

Ideal candidate is a female student who is friendly and ready to be a part of a very lovely and peaceful household!
