Were looking for someone to sublet our apartment anytime between January 6 and May 30, 2026 (dates flexible).

Location: Dufferin & Eglinton just 30 minutes from downtown Toronto.

Rent: $2400/month all inclusive (utilities + internet included).

Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer, fully furnished (we can adjust furniture if needed).

One of the rooms is currently set up as a living room so itll be ideal for a couple, were hoping to find someone we can trust who would preferably could use and take care of my baby grand piano and a few other instruments in the apartment.

Convenient TTC access. 32 bus directly across the street, 929 on the corner, and super close to the soon-coming Eglinton LRT.
