Hey there!

Im looking for someone to sublet my charming apartment in Friedrichshain for three months. As you can see from the photos, the apartment has a lot of character you should like books or at least not be bothered by them :) It has two rooms, a huge bathroom with washing machine, shower and bathtub plus an even bigger kitchen wish will include a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and everything else youll need day to day.

The bedroom has a closet and cupboards you can store your clothing and the living room/office has not only two cozy sofas but also an adjustable desk.

Its important to me that the person moving in takes care of the place (including airing it out morning and evening). It would be great if you were vegan at home; if not, we can work something out.

Currently, theres no kitchenette, so Ive included a screenshot of the plans for the kitchenette to come. Then there will also be a dishwasher, yay! Viewings would initially take place without the kitchenette, ideally on Tuesday, November 4th, from 11 am to 3 pm and on November 6th from 4 pm to 8 pm.
