hello! i am looking to sublease my room in the house that i live in. it is a two story duplex and our house is on the top floor. we also have a very spacious backyard and plenty of street parking. rent is 630 a month and utilities usually cost around 200 a month. we pay everything, electricity, gas, and water is shared between us and the neighbors downstairs. this is a cat friendly house and one cat will be living in it. You will be living with my roommate Viktoria (he/him), Viktoria is trans, loves coffee and cats, and horror movies. He is looking for somebody who is trans or open minded, or just a chill and cool person, who is willing to be friendly or is okay with people being over at the house. his girlfriends usually comes over once or twice a week and we sometimes have gatherings (for birthdays and holidays). Im looking to get out of the house so i can move in with my boyfriend. I want to be out before December so i am very flexible with the move in date. I will just need about a weeks heads up before you want to move in so i can clean out the room. preferably not somebody who is a neat freak.
