This is a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom unit in a building called Atmosphere Madison. Some amenities include multiple lounges to study or hangout with friends, a gym, a pool as well as a hot tub and study rooms for more privacy if needed. As for the utilities within the unit. you will have access to a shared kitchen space between 2 other roommates, you will have a closet area outside of your room, and you have access to in-unit washing and drying machines.

I understand that the pricing may be a bit high, but that can be negotiated if need be. There is also a $650 transition fee for sub-leasers, but I would have that covered for you. Aside from rent, all other utilities except for electricity are payed for. The electricity bill is split amongst you and the two other roommates that are currently living in the unit.
