Current roomate isnt flling her spot in the room so technically would be a double sized room for half the price if just is in need. Sliding door out to backyard. Furnished patio and covered porch with table. House has been well cared for and tenants are all VERY clean. bathroom would be shared with only one other person and there is plenty of storage. Kitchen shared with 5-6 people (possibly less but no more). Spacious and very close to SDSU campus.
