I would like someone to take over my my lease on this apartment beginning December. About 1000 sqft. One bedroom, one bathroom. Feels fairly spacious for the footage. Onsite parking. 2nd floor. Standard apartment amenities (pool, community grills, etc.). They allow pets, but require a deposit. Unfurnished (they wouldnt let me say no, only Either or Yes).
