As for me, I am a graduate student at Indiana University. I dont really do much but stay home on my couch and study. No animals, dont smoke, etc... Apartment is in the same shape as I got it, more or less. Only thing I changed was adding multiple LED light bulbs. I will also leave extra bulbs when I leave it to the next person(s).
