Im looking to sublease my room at the X01 (1001 University Ave) or spring/summer 2026 for $950/month. The dates are very flexible and the price is also negotiable. It has a very convenient location in the center of campus. There are three other people, UW Madison students, living in the unit, and they are quiet, clean, and polite. The subleaser will have full access to the kitchen and a shared bathroom (the unit has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). The room itself contains a full-size bed (mattress included), a desk, a chair, and a closet.
