Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one king bed, sleeps up to 2 guests
- Bedroom 2: two double beds, sleep up to 4 guests
- Couch: sleep up to 1 guests

Youll have exclusive access to the upper unit of the house, complete with a private yard and entrance. The only potential interaction with guests in the lower unit would be when using the shared EV charger.

1.CANCELLATION
We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

2.NO PARTY OR EVENT
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call sublet to force evacuating the party groups based on sublets policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

3.QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM
Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am for neighborhood peace.

4.NO SMOKING
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

5.ANIMAL POLICY
We welcome less than 20 pound dogs to the property and we have a max accommendation of 2 dogs. If your dog is bigger, we will review case by case.

6. NO SHOES
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. We provide slippers (fetch from shoe box in garage).

7.Self Catering
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

8.Early check-inLate check-out
Well be happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out for $100 fee. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
