The middle floor holds the common living room, kitchen, dining room and another bathroom. The basement holds the roommates main living area and the shared laundry room. The carpets upstairs were just replaced in September 2025.

The townhouse is 5-10 minutes from Reston Town Center and is shared with one roommate who works . One dedicated parking spot is in included in the front, guest parking on the street.

Utilities (water, electricity, internet) are split evenly. Lease will be until May 2026 with option to extend after.
