UPSTAIRS:

Living room: comfy Joybird Anton Daybed, direct view of beach / Strand / ocean. Smart TV, fireplace with electric fireplace insert. Adjustable desk you can sit or stand at if you need to get some work done while looking at the beach.


Kitchen: full kitchen with oven, fridge, gas burners, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher. Kitchen will be stocked with all essentials including numerous kitchen tools (slow cooker, Instant Pot, blender, Air Fryer, Kitchenaid mixer etc...). Everything you need to cook including Le Creuset baking dishes and Dutch Ovens. Plates, glasses, silverware, even koozies! Everything you need if you want to cook.

There is access to the ground floor patio from staircase in kitchen area.


Patio: outdoor dining table, chaise lounges, Adirondack chairs, inflatable hot tub, comfy egg chair. Most important of all, just steps away from the Beach!
