My daughters education is taking her in a new direction, so we are seeking someone to take over her lease at The Standard in Flagstaff. This furnished private bedroom and bathroom offer a quiet, comfortable space ideal for a student who values convenience and a peaceful atmosphere.

The room has the largest window in the apartment, great natural light, and a south-facing porch with sunset views. The floor is quiet with considerate neighbors.

Apartment features include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, high-speed internet and cable, and a private porch.

Community amenities include two hot tubs, a full gym, vending machines, coffee bar, study lounges, computer lab with printer, pet-friendly policies, garage parking, and on-site maintenance and management.

10 to 15 minute walk to NAU campus and a 5 minute walk to grocery store and pharmacy.

Lease is active through July 2026 and renewable after that. The new tenant will keep the special $909 rate. We will cover the $500 lease transfer fee.

Three tidy and respectful roommates currently live in the unit. Two have friendly cats. A female roommate is preferred.
