Im looking for someone to take over my lease as I am moving out of town for . This would be a 6-month sublet starting January 1st, 2026, through June 30th, 2026.

Rent & Utilities:
Rent: $1000 per month ($250 discounted from what I pay)
Whats Included: Gas and Heat
Tenant Pays: Electricity, wifi, and a quarterly water/trash fee.
Parking: A parking space is available for an additional $95/month, otherwise, street parking is available.

Apartment Details & Amenities:
Layout: Unfurnished 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartment.
Features: Hardwood floors, combined tub/shower and a gas stove. I will also be leaving the portable AC unit for the summer months.
Laundry: Shared coin-operated laundry room accessible through the adjoining unit.
Pets: Pets are allowed with an additional fee.
