Private room to sublease

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at rams pointe apartment complex January 1st. Rent is $730/ month + utilities (utilities is only gas/ electric). Free wifi, pool, hot tub, communal study areas, tennis + pickleball courts and gym. Housing includes private room (fully furnished), shared bathroom/ shower (with 1 other person), living room, kitchen, dining area, in house washer and dryer. Three girls live there, and we are looking for a fourth to take my place. We have a cat named hazel who is super sweet and loving! Reach out if you are interested in seeing the house or taking over the lease, I am willing to pay for your first month living there as well (so you would only pay utilities for january).
