Nightly rates start around $324 (seasonal pricing applies). A cleaning fee and $150 pet fee (with approval) are added per stay. Guests may upgrade after booking to include the full basement game suite featuring an extra bathroom, laundry, game tables, and an 85 TV.

A $1,000 security hold is required (not charged), or guests may choose an optional $49 damage waiver for stays up to 10 nights. All bookings require ID verification and a signed rental agreement through Happy Guest, our secure and simple guest portal.
