Renting out my bedroom! Ideal for UIC students/college students in the west loop area. My building is literally on campus and my classes are all a 5 minute walk maximum. Rent is cheaper for you than what I currently pay, I am transferring schools so I need to find someone to take this bedroom. The building is lovely, management is extremely helpful and on top of any issues you have. Dog friendly building, I currently live here with my dog. My roommates are very nice, not noisy at all, respectful, smart girls. You would be sharing a bathroom with just one of them. The entire apartment is furnished, and you would be using the cabinet space and fridge space that I am currently using.
