First months rent of $3400 (prorated may be possible depends on move-in date)
$50 application fee from our landlord
$3400 last month rent
$500 key/ cleaning deposit held on account

Lease details:
Flexible move-in: anytime between Nov 1 - Dec 1
Lease runs through Aug 1, 2026, with the option to renew
Rent: $3400 for entire apartment every month
Utilities: only electric + wifi (if you need a router I am selling the one we have)
