My room is available for sublet from 16/12/2025 - 16/02/2026 while Im away. The room is a comfy, good sized double room on the very top floor of a lovely and large Victorian house. The room has a desk if you need it for work. It gets a lot of direct sunlight and also overlooks a large garden. Double bed, completely furnished with wardrobe space and some storage outside the room. The room more or less has an ensuite, with a bathroom and shower just next to room as well as a larger, shared bathroom.

The house is currently shared by 3 women and 2 men (myself included). Half work from home and others at their respective jobs in creative industries, hospitality and health care. All housemates are very easy going, enjoying their own space and time but up to socialise as well. Theres a large living room and large kitchen (vegetarian/vegan household so this is very much preferred).
There are 3 CATS in the house who are all very friendly, low maintenance and chilled. The house is very open and LGBTQ+ friendly.

Loads of transport just at the top of the street (106/253/254 buses) and Clapton overground also just a 2 minute walk. Milfields park and Hackney Marshes at the bottom of the street as well as an array of cafes, pubs and restaurants close by in Clapton. The room is 905 per month. 2 month sublet needed.
