I will be graduating this December and am looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Park starting January 1st, 2026.

Campus Park is located in the Duluth Heights area, just minutes from UMD, The College of St. Scholastica, and Lake Superior College. Its a five-bedroom, two-bath townhouse-style apartment, and the available space is Bedroom B, as shown in the floor plan below.

This is an all-male unit with four other college-aged roommates everyones friendly, clean and tidy.

Rent: $710/month all utilities included except electricity, which averages about $5$7 per person.
