My roommate is moving out, and I am looking to sublet beginning November or December 2025.
Lease duration is flexible. Open to subletting for just the months of November and December is possible.

Monthly Rent: $1435 CAD for rent. Utilities and wifi bill will be split evenly (avg. $110).

- Very conveniently beside Wellesley station
- 15-minute walk to campus
- Nearby various restaurants/shops found along Yonge st. (2-min walk away)
- Galleria 200m away, Loblaws and Metro 10-minute walk

The available room contains a window, closet, and bathroom, and is furnished with a queen-size mattress, bed frame, chair, mirror, and table.

The unit itself is comprised of 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a balcony, and a living room. Refer to the floor plan for further details.
In the kitchen are a sink, oven/stove, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Other appliances that are available for sharing are an air fryer, a blender, and a rice cooker.
Located in the hallway are a washer and dryer with a storage closet beside them.

There is an unused parking space and storage locker for the unit as well.

Listed below are some conditions you should consider to see if we would be a good fit:
- Cleanliness: I like to maintain a medium-high standard. To ensure this, I would be open to the idea of setting up cleaning duties/schedules.
- Guests can be brought over just as long as its not late at night and the noise is kept to a minimum.
- I dont smoke/vape myself but would be partial to vaping, as long as its done outside.
- Ideally, I want someone who can respect the environment and needs/wishes of their roommate.
